Sweden:
Sweden is among the world leaders in higher education and some of the country’s reputation is due to the independent studies system that involves less teacher-led time and more group and independent study. The number of international students enrolled in the universities of Sweden is constantly growing and the percentage of those who are admitted is above half. So, studying in Sweden could be a really attractive option. But before you head to your application, you should know more about all of the financial aspects of studying and living in Sweden.

Monthly living costs for students in Sweden are a bit above other European countries, meaning they would spend on average 860 – 970 EUR/month.
ACCOMMODATION COST

WORK DURING STUDIES
As an international student in Sweden, you’re allowed to work alongside your studies – there’s no official limitation for how many hours you can work. However, it’s important to keep your studies as your first priority – even when you don’t have many classroom hours, you’re expected to spend the equivalent of a 40-hour work week reading and working on assignments.
WORK AFTER STUDIES
Sweden is a great place to start your career, and innovative, international companies are found throughout the country.

Netherlands:
The Netherlands, or less formally Holland, was the first non-English speaking country to offer courses and degrees in English back in the 1950’s. This experience along with a unique teaching approach involving more teamwork and problem-solving compared to other countries has helped Holland become one of the leading alternative destinations after studying in the UK, Australia and the USA.
Education in the Netherlands is intensive and whilst in some circumstances you may be able to complete some part-time work you should expect to commit most of your time to your studies.

International students consider France a good place for an international study experience. This is supported by the results of the Study Portals International Student Satisfaction Awards 2014. Almost 7,000 students commented on their experiencing of studying abroad on the world’s largest database of international student experiences, STeXX.eu. A total of 329 reviewers gave 787 comments about what it was like to study in France. Overall, France received an average rating of 8.3 out of 10, which is significantly higher than its score in 2013.
The country “France” offers a great multicultural study experience, bringing together cultures from all over the world. Students appreciate the beautiful, developed cities and the great variety of social life available. Impressions about French culture and city life were overall more positive than the European average. Even the smaller cities offered opportunities for fun student activities.
The average cost of attending a French institution is 186 EUR for first year degrees and 255 EUR for a master’s degree. These figures are accurate for the 2012-2013 school year. Again the actual amount of tuition cost will vary according to the numerous factors that we’ve already discussed. These costs are far less than what is found at many other universities and colleges around the world, all for one of the best educations in the world.
It is estimated that you will need around 430 EUR per month to survive while you attend college in the country, but this is a low figure and it never hurts to have a little more. All of the things that we’ve talked about above do not include that many things that will be needed while you study, such as clothing, entertainment, school testing fees, etc. So, having more than what is recommended will ensure that your college days in France are spent far more enjoyably.
Other benefits that make it plausible to attend college in France include the costs of living in the country. It is far more affordable to survive in France than a country such as the United States. Costs are exponentially less for almost everything, whether it is housing, food or even entertainment.
Students attending a France university are exposed to the amazing French culture in their daily student life. Germany

Germany is the third most popular destination among international students in the world. More than twelve percent of students at German universities come from abroad. Germany is an attractive place to study and German university degrees are highly respected by employers worldwide.

Hungary:
Hungary is becoming an increasingly popular study abroad destination – especially for medicine. Hungarian higher education has gained great credibility over the years in, among other things; it’s very strong tradition in the sciences. Beyond high-quality education. Hungary also offers a lively and welcoming culture, a fascinating history and beautiful cities.
Hungary’s high-quality medical degrees are accepted by the World Health Organization and are directly transferrable to any EU country. Schools in Hungary are increasingly offering medical degrees in both English and other foreign languages such as German in order to attract more foreign students.
Degrees in Hungarian higher education follow the international standard set by the Bologna Process. This means that, apart from certain vocational degrees awarded by non-university and college institutions in Hungary, degrees conform to the standard of bachelor, master and PhD degrees.
The Hungarian academic year runs with teaching from September to June with long holidays in July and August.
IELTS/TOEFL is not compulsory to study in Hungary.
Hungary universities and Government offer scholarships to all international students.
Latvia
Latvia is located along the eastern coast of the Baltic sea, Latvia is considered as a geographic hotspot for its role as a crossroad between the East, West, North and South.
The official state language is Latvian, international students can easily get around with a command of Russian and English. There are almost 200 international study programmes (Bachelors, Masters and PhDs) and courses taught entirely in English for those who want to study abroad in Latvia. You can usually find Russian-taught courses in private universities.
English Language Requirements: IELTS/TOEFL is not compulsory to obtain study permit of Latvia.
Latvian universities have two major intakes February and September.
Latvian universities already have LOW fees so they have fewer scholarships to offer international students.
Finland
Finland is one of the northernmost countries in the world, and leads the world in education, government transparency and stability.
